Having dropped 10 of their last 12 games, the Cleveland Cavaliers are in a deep slump these days. On Tuesday, they'll try to get back on track as they host the San Antonio Spurs.

The Cavaliers are 27-18 after a 148-124 loss at home to Oklahoma City on Saturday. The 148 points allowed was the most in franchise history. Isaiah Thomas contributed 24 points for the Cavaliers, but Cleveland allowed the Thunder to shoot 58% from the field. This is a disturbing trend for the Cavaliers, who are now 26 th in the league in points allowed. From LeBron James on down, the Cavaliers have to be better defensively.

The Spurs are in a bit of a funk themselves, as they're just 5-7 over their last 12 games. That's a big step back from their 25-11 start to the season. But they have more pressing worries than their slump right now. Small forward Kawhi Leonard is out indefinitely with a quadriceps injury. There is no word on how long Leonard will be out, but it is definitely a concern for the Spurs.

The Spurs have won eight of their last 10 meetings with the Cavaliers, although Cleveland has covered in five of those games. Six games have gone over the posted total.
