The four major golf tournaments are in the books for 2019. Now, oddsmakers and bettors alike are looking forward to the tournaments of 2020.

The major tournaments were won by three different golfers in 2019: Tiger Woods, Brooks Koepka, Gary Woodland and Shane Lowry. The main stories are Tiger's first majors win since 2008 and the fact that Brooks Koepka finished in top five of all four tournaments, only the fourth golfer ever to accomplish this.

When looking at Golf Betting futures for 2020, you will see that Brooks Koepka is favored in three of four of those events. Of course, this is very early on and the performance of the golfers between now and then will affect the odds. But it is very obvious that the public and sportsbooks both think that Kopeka is the most capable golfer in the world.

Tiger Woods is not far behind Kopeka in the betting odds for next year's Majors. The resurgence of the once dominant golfer has the public excited and they are already placing bets on him.

Dustin Johnson, Rory Mcllroy and Jordan Spieth round out the top five of the most favored golfers to win the Majors in 2020.

There is no doubt that the 29 year old American golfer is peaking. He has won four majors in his career. He has a long way to go to catch Tiger Woods who has 15 Major wins.

Koepka is about an 8/1 favorite in three of next year's four majors, except for the British Open where he is a 10-1 favorite.
