Why Lacey Evans Can Win the Womens Money in the Bank Ladder Match

Six superstars will literally climb the corporate ladder on each match. The action begins on the ground floor of WWE Headquarters and the superstars need to reach the roof, climb a ladder in the middle of the ring and grab the briefcase at the top to win. The briefcase has a contract inside and it allows them to challenge a champion of their choice, anytime, anywhere. There's a year to cash this in. Shayna Baszler should already be the Raw Women's Champion. I just don't get her booking since joining Raw. WWE built her like an unstoppable monster, destroying everyone in the Elimination Chamber, then she lost to Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 36 after less than 10 minutes and now she has been "winning" her matches by making sure that her opponents can't continue...
I don't see Baszler getting the briefcase here because it just doesn't suit her character. She is the clear favorite and I might be wrong but I don't like her chances.
Nia Jax should not be getting a push, she's a bad wrestler and very dangerous in the ring. Knowing WWE she could win this but I would rather not even consider this possibility.
Dana Brooke has to develop her character more, she has improved in the ring and she has a great look. Maybe next year Dana!
As for Carmella, she already has a great character, she also improved in the ring and her look is great but she won this match in 2017 and WWE hasn't done much with her since SummerSlam in 2018. Asuka also has it all but she doesn't need the win.
Lacey Evans has been in the title picture as a heel and as a face at Raw and SmackDown for a while and this is the right time to give her a real opportunity at the top.
I can see WWE giving the win to a returning Ronda Rousey but Lacey Evans is the best bet here. Here are the odds courtesy of Realbookies
